This is the Psychology of Work and Organizations Dictionary page, organized by Jairo Borges-Andrade and myself, which was launched in March 2015 by the Casa do Psicólogo / Pearson.




The field of Psychology of Work and Organizations (PT&O) in Brazil is a mosaic of distinct perspectives. This Dictionary reflects this mosaic. It portrays a kaleidoscope of concepts described in entries presented in alphabetical order.

Each of them refers to their respective theoretical articulation networks, to different demands of practice, teaching, and research methods. Polysemy is the vocation of this Dictionary. It aims to facilitate the dialogue among professionals who currently comprise the field constituted by the interface of psychology, work, organizations, and society.
